The original In The Mix Bakery & Cafe sits at 17 Merimbula Drive, right in the heart of Merimbula on the NSW South Coast. We've been baking for the local community for years — locals stop in for a morning coffee and a fresh pie, families pick up a celebration cake on the way through, and visitors find us when they're after something genuinely homemade.
Everything is baked in-house each day — handcrafted pies and pastries, artisan breads, custards, slices, lamingtons, and our full range of celebration cakes. The cafe side runs all day with proper coffee, fresh sandwiches and rolls, and a rotating selection of cakes and slices in the window.
